So my hair is just ridiculously stubborn and because everybody's hair takes digital perms differently, my heavy, thick hair just straightened the curls out because of its weight. Esther went to great lengths to demonstrate how I should style and blow dry my hair, and eventually decided to perm it again at no cost, and the results are great!
I'm really grateful for the level of service both Esther and her Mom provided me - if it were me in their shoes, I'd be so annoyed, but they were thoroughly patient and gracious and that just attests to their level of professionalism and grace.

I'm writing this as I'm getting my hair done right now. This is the third time, I've come in for a Japanese straightening treatment and I can't stop coming back (as a guy, I have crazy curly hair and I hate it) Esther is amazing at what she does and she truly cares about her customers. She builds a relationship with them and will answer any questions you have even if its your first time or not! The price is definitely worth it for the quality of treatment you get.
